Location: Meet at Centre Management to register your walk then move to Rosebud Lotto for the warmup and start earning great rewards!
Rosebud Plaza’s much-loved Weekly Walking Group is getting a healthy boost! We’ve joined forces with the National Heart Foundation and Nurse on Call to bring you an even better walking experience – now on Wednesdays at 8am recommencing on September 3 to welcome in Spring.
Enjoy a safe, sheltered walk inside Rosebud Plaza while making new friends and catching up with old mates. Our resident owner of Nurse on Call, Andrew, will be on hand each week to:
- Lead a gentle warm-up outside Rosebud Lotto
- Share tips for the best walking technique
- Support your fitness journey
